🌙 We are recruiting Night Residential Support workers to join us at our 2 bedded Children's Homes located in Preston and Chorley 🏡.

⏰ Shift Pattern:
10pm-8:00am, 3 nights on 3 off on a rolling rota.

💰 Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour, depending on experience.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Previous experience working with Children/Young People are preferred or transferable health care skills ✔.

📍 Must be able to Drive 🚗

🏡🌈 We are seeking Passionate and Experienced Registered Managers in the Preston/Chorley area 🌈🏡

⭐ Guidance Care is dedicated to providing outstanding care and support for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD.) ⭐

📍 Requirements:
✔Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
✔Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential home
✔Proven ability to register and lead an Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding home
✔Full UK driving licence

💰 Pay: £43,000.00-£48,000.00 per year plus performance bonus
Schedule: 8 hour shift- Monday to Friday 💼

Previous experience in Residential Children’s Homes is required along with a full drivers licence! ✅ 🚗

Must be able to commit to a shift pattern of 07:30-22:30, 1 shift on and 2 off, with every second shift being a sleep-in ⏰

Previous experience in Residential Children’s Homes is required or must hold a NVQ level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People 🧑‍🤝‍🧑.

Pay: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Shift Pattern: 07:30-22:30, 1 day on, 2 days off. Every other shift requires a sleep in (£60 extra per a sleep).
Must hold a drivers License!
