Our VISION is to provide an environment of awe and wonder so that the children enhance their curiosity and creativity, preparing them for their next stage of learning. Our Purpose: is to provide a homely environment where ‘learning is fun’, full of awe and wonder, so that children can develop and extend their curiosity and creativity. And to develop children’s independence and confidence ensuring the fell loved, cared for and valued. Children will only thrive if they feel safe, secure and happy. Our Mission:

Keeping everyone safe- (Protection) It is so important that everyone attending Woodentops is kept safe, physically and emotionally. All staff are trained in safeguarding and it is updated regularly. We support and value each other’s ideas and contributions, developing a strong team spirit of openness. Getting better every day- (Reflection) We reflect and improve ourselves so that we can give the children the best Early Years Education. Happy colleagues=happy children- (Interaction) Colleagues come to work, leaving issues at home. Being happy reflects on the children’s well-being.
