Sister Circles ⭕️✨ 🩷❤️
Such a magical Friday evening hosting the first sister circle at my Hove Studio. The evening including guided meditation, a sharing circle, I shared my chanting and drumming and we had time to catch up with each other.
After losing Cordelia who was a fellow sister in our London Sister Circle, it felt more important than ever to hold space for my beautiful Brighton friends. I know I needed it ❤️
For me sister circles are important as they create a safe space to be heard and share how you are feeling. They support each other with personal growth and emotional support with empathy and no judgment. We remind each other to keep shining our light, pursue dreams and goals. We celebrate our sister’s successes.
Sister circles also give a sense of belonging and connection. We are not supposed to be alone in this world, we need support and connection with others.
