As the summer holidays come to an end, we are reflecting on a wonderful holiday club and a few weeks off. We can't wait to see everyone back at preschool again and to welcome some new children and families to Little Bears!

We'll dearly miss our children who left us in July, but wish them all the luck and love as they start school over the next few weeks 💖

Our summer so far has been full of lots of fun and quality time ☺️ we've been crafting, going out on trips, baking and watching wildlife and much more! 🌞

We had a wonderful party and graduation for our school leavers, and have had lots of fun all together this week on bouncy castles, paddling in the pool and sharing ice lollies. The children particularly enjoyed Tony Spaghetti as always, and some yummy treats like this delicious fruit kebab ❤️💚💛💙

Thank you to all our parents and friends who have given us end of term gifts and cards, we really appreciate it!

Today we've been bouncing off the walls! As an end of term treat, we thoroughly enjoyed having fun on bouncy castles this morning 🏰

Parents and carers, please check your emails for our latest updates with regards to our early closures on Wednesday and Thursday in light of the continued increasing temperatures.

If you will be keeping your child at home please let us know 🙏

On this hot day we spent most of our day out in the shade playing with water to keep as cool as possible. For snack we enjoyed some refreshing watermelon that had been in the freezer 😋

We have an Amber Heat-Health Alert in place this week due to the heatwave ☀️

Children will need to have suncream applied before starting preschool, with a supply that we can top up at regular intervals. They must also have a wide-brimmed hat and loose fitting clothing.

We will monitor the weather conditions each day and do our best to help staff and children stay safe and healthy.

Today is International Picnic Day and we enjoyed eating and sharing a picnic with our families at lunch time. We have also had some teddy bear picnics! 🧺
