The Classroom Partnership - Hampshire

The Classroom Partnership - Hampshire The Classroom Partnership is a recruitment agency placing teachers and support staff in short and long term roles as well as permanent jobs.

"Recruiting experts in education” is what we are and what we do every day. The Classroom Partnership is an idea that started back in 2005 when the founding directors decided that there had to be a “Better Way” to balance continuity in education with classroom staff supply. Our Group Managing Director is an ex-teacher himself and saw first-hand the impact that poor supply staff can have on a child’s learning opportunity. We decided to create a model that moved from a transactional relationship to a mutual partnership where all partners’ expectations are met. We are active participants in our Classroom staff’s lives; we listen, we observe, we support and we provide skills development wherever we can. We have high expectations of ourselves and our classroom staff and “The Classroom Partnership Commitment” puts this promise to deliver to the test. Our commitment to our vision means we are now one of the most admired and trusted education staffing companies in the UK. Now doesn’t that sound like a Classroom Partnership worth being part of? If you work in a classroom, then work with us.
