10 Personal Statement Tips Rapidfire!

Here’s exactly how it helped me:
1. The universities post updates such as when their accommodation applications open, when they have open days and offer holder events, and more — so you stay informed and don’t miss anything important.
2. They post their best stats on their page — use these stats in your interview to add to your “why this uni” answer.
3. Following societies for your subject, such as a pharmacy society, can be a huge help as you can text them for advice, including interview advice.
4. Following clubs and knowing their achievements can help you stand out when explaining why you want to join that uni. For example, I said how I want to join the badminton club at UCL and that it was the club of the year for 2025 — this really helps you stand out.
5. It’s free — why would you not drop a free follow which helps you know more about your uni?
