Here is everything you need to know about the new scheme:
📍 The Locations & Contracts–
urbanest Canary Wharf: 443 rooms total (185 single ensuites and 248 single rooms). Available on 40-week or 51-week contracts.
– Venti House (Fresh): 139 single ensuite rooms. Available on 39-week contracts.
🎓 Who Can Apply?– Undergraduates: New, first-year Home and International students meeting household income criteria.
– automatically eligible if: Estranged students, care-experienced individuals, and students with forced migrant status.
📄 Evidence Needed (For Home Students)
You must upload at least ONE of these mandatory documents:
– Student Finance Letter: Proving your household income is under £42,875/year.
– Bursary Letter: Prior means-tested award letter from your previous school.
– Free School Meals: Official verification or evidence of eligibility.
No booking Fee or deposits!
