Following on from their recent Hampshire Cup Final disappointment, the Year 10 Boys bounced back in spectacular fashion on Monday, 06 July. The team put on a dominant display in the Portsmouth Cup Final to lift the trophy for an incredible fourth consecutive year!

From the very first whistle, the boys controlled the tempo of the match. Their relentless high press gave the opposition no time to breathe, while their exceptional ability to keep possession allowed them to dictate the game from start to finish. It was a great performance to top off a fantastic season of football.

Knowing this group’s determination, work ethic, and desire, they already have their eyes set on next year's ultimate prize: the elusive 'double' as both Hampshire Cup and Portsmouth Cup champions. Bring on next season!

Thanks to the generosity of the Goodwood Education Trust, 45 Springfield Year 10 students visited the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Thursday, 9 July. Students enjoyed this enriching and unforgettable experience where they could admire the classic and supercars as well as exploring 'Future Labs' an educational STEM exhibition which helped them to see real-world application of STEM learning.
