Merry Christmas!

Classes will not be running over Christmas starting on 22/12/23 and reopening on 03/01/23.

Unfortunately this evening's class (Apr 21st) will also be cancelled as we have been unable to source cover.

Unfortunately this evening's class (Apr 19th) is cancelled due to the instructor testing Covid positive today.

Just a reminder - there is no class at the John Pounds Centre tonight or next Friday. See you on Wednesday!

Class is on at the John Pounds Centre! Standard class 6-7pm followed by the adults/senior grades class 7-8pm.

We're away on holiday from the 21st to the 28th so next class will Be Friday 29th!

We've had an amazing year since our return from the lockdowns!

We attended our first in person competition in November after 18 months of competing online, ran our first grading since the start of the pandemic in December and sent our first black belt candidate to their mock assessment where they qualified to attempt their black belt grading in 2022! All this and more before the NMAC awards night to round the year off.

2021 has been tough but martial arts is all about how we face and overcome the challenges we meet. We couldn't be prouder of all of our returning and new members who have achieved so much and made 2021 so special for our club.
