CARDIO Kickboxing for Adults SAMA offers classes in Karate & Kickboxing on a PAY AS YOU GO basis.

We take children from the age of 4 and all abilities are welcome. Classes cost £5 for children and £6 for adults. Membership to SAMA costs £20/year for children and £30/year for adults. If you and/or your children are unable to attend a class, you don't pay for that lesson. All instructors are fully qualified and are first aid trained.
