Blossom Tree Early Education is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our small, nurturing team on a maternity cover contract.

We are a small, private, nature-based setting in Aylesham, offering a warm, child-centred approach to early education with Waldorf-inspired principles at the heart of what we do. 🌱

✨ The role:
• Maternity cover position
• Working with children aged 2–4 years
• Part-time
• Opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team

We are looking for someone who:
💚 Is passionate about giving young children the best possible start
🌿 Enjoys learning and playing outdoors
💚 Is nurturing, patient and genuinely child-centred
🌿 Can support children’s individual needs and development
💚 Works well as part of a small team
🌿 Has a positive attitude and a willingness to get involved

Early Years qualification (level 2 minimum) and relevant experience are essential.

🎉 Family Quiz & Raffle – Celebrating Our 1st Birthday! 🎉

Come and join us as we celebrate Blossom Tree Early Education’s first birthday! 🌿💚

We’re bringing families together for a fun, relaxed family quiz and raffle — a chance to get together, have some fun and put your general knowledge to the test!

As well as celebrating this very special milestone, we’ll be raising money towards air conditioning for the setting.

Picnic-Style Evening

This will be a relaxed picnic-style event, so families are welcome to bring along their own food, picnic and drinks to enjoy together.

Tables are £10 and seat up to 6 people, so gather your family and friends and make up your team!

We’ll also have refreshments, sweets and delicious cakes available to purchase throughout the evening. 🍰🍬☕

Most importantly, we want it to be a lovely opportunity for our Blossom Tree families to come together and celebrate our first year!

Aylesham Baptist Church have a wonderful group starting up again on Friday 11th September. Welcoming families to join them from 10am
