It gave me a lot more confidence as I felt in a more safe environment in James classes compared to others. I wanted to get up every week and improve myself. It also made me try different choices that I was either to scared to make or just hadn't bothered to explore or dig deeper in to.

The classes were very enjoyable. I learned so much from trying new things and also observing others experiment as well.

I found there's more than just singing a song. To look into the lyrics, explore the character more, find more interesting choices and most importantly TO RESEARCH. It's so important to know what you are singing and where you are in the story etc.
The main thing I've learnt from James is to trust myself and believe in myself more and to really just go for it and give it 100%. James would always appreciate my work but always knew I could go further and I agree with him completely, I still can now!

I would absolutely recommend James classes! He has been one of the main reasons as to why I am working today! His classes helped me through the process and got me through what I wouldn't have been able to do before I met James. Acting through song used to be a nightmare for me but now I thoroughly enjoy it! What's also special is he really cares and will go further to help you than most teachers.

I will absolutely keep in touch with James. As I don't just see him as my teacher anymore I see him as my friend. I'm also forever grateful for his lessons as I wouldn't be where I am without them.
