The countdown is almost over! We are looking forward to celebrating the hard work, dedication and achievements of our students as they receive their GCSE results.
📢Year 11
⏰Collect results from 10:00am - 11:00am in the Main Hall on Thursday 20th August. Parents, carers and family are welcome.
📱Results will also be available on the student’s
Education Record App from approx 11:00am if they have signed up with Mrs Phillimore.
📮If results are not collected on the day, they will be
posted home.
🍀We would like to wish all of our students the very best of luck with their results! We are incredibly proud of everything you have achieved!

The Education app is being rolled out nationally to modernise how young people access their exam results once they have left school. It will make it easier for young people to enrol in their post 16 destination and will give them access to their results at their fingertips for life, also providing employers with clear, accurate information on a candidate’s education history without relying on paper certificates which can easily be lost. Students will still go into school on results day as normal to receive their results, as long as the student is signed up by scanning their personalised QR code they will also become available later on in the day via the app. Mrs Phillimore will be in the front office Monday and Tuesday next week between 10am-1pm, please come along with the app already loaded onto your phone ready to scan your QR code to get signed up.

Well done to all our hard-working students, we are so incredibly proud of your efforts and resilience throughout another successful academic year, and a massive thank you to all the parents in our Mayfield community who have provided support throughout this year. Also, an equally big thank you to every single member of staff for your dedication and for making this school a fun and enjoyable place to learn.

We look forward to seeing our former Year 11s for their Results Day in August and all the rest of you back here in September. We can't wait to see what 2026-27 will bring! Have a great summer break! 💙

This is our 3rd and final PD Day this year! As you've been aware from our last two PD days, we have been focussing and dedicating our learning to each one of our three school values. The theme of this PD Day is none other than the value of Respect, therefore you will be thinking about what this means in different contexts and linking this to the British Values and Rights Respecting Schools!

𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞! 🎢

From thrill-filled days out at Chessington World of Adventures and Paulton’s Park, to inspiring visits to Poland, the magical Disneyland Paris, and the exciting Go Ape ventures, there’s been something for every interest and imagination.

Back in the school building, the fun continued with a wide range of engaging in-school activities—from movie marathons and baking some delicious to driving lessons and creating cartoon characters. With countless opportunities to explore new interests, build friendships, and make lasting memories, Activities Week is a true celebration of student voice, curiosity, and community spirit. ✨

We’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who has been involved with organising trips, activities and making sure everything ran smoothly. This amazing week for our students wouldn’t have been possible without you all! 🥹
