Elevation Training Club is community gym focused on progression and resilience. At SC Vital, we’re about as far from your typical commercial gym as you can get.

With expert coaching, structured programming, and a community-driven approach, we help you train smarter, get stronger, and elevate every aspect of fitness and life. We’re not really a gym at all. In fact, it’s sometimes hard to define exactly what we are. The term ‘personal training’ often conjures up images of buff guys and girls with clipboards, taking a very sterile approach to training clients. That’s definitely not what we’re about…

Meet Gemma 💙
