Little Stars Pre-school Little Stars Pre-school has been open since October 2006 and welcomes children 2-5 years old. SPACES AVAILABLE NOW!!!

We offer 15 hours funding for 2 year olds and 3-4 year olds, as well as 30 hour funding for 3-4 year olds. Little Stars Pre-school is privately owned and has been open since October 2006. Our pre-school operates from a scout hall that is situated in a residential area of Farlington with use of a secure enclosed outdoor play area. Our pre-school is Ofsted registered and can have a maximum of thirty children attending each session between two to five years of age. There are four members of our team of which three have been employed since we opened and have high level childcare qualifications ranging from NVQ3 to Foundation Degree. Little Stars Pre-school has a warm and friendly environment that encourages opportunities for the children to develop in their individual learning. Our setting operates a key person system that enables children and parents/carers to form a close relationship with a member of staff, this helps children and parents/carers to feel confident and welcome. The Pre-school session times and prices are as follows:
Monday - Friday Term Time
9am - 3pm - Full Day Care
9am - 12pm
12pm - 1pm - Lunch
12pm - 3pm

We also offer - Breakfast Club 8am-9am
After Pre-school 3pm-3.30pm

£5.75 per hour (3 years +)
£6.25per hour (2-3 years)
National Educational Grant (NEG) available for all children the term after their 3rd Birthday (15 hours per week)
30 hours funding also available for 3-4 year olds
2year Funding also available (15 hours a week)

This morning at Little Stars we used water and paint brushes to wash away chalk, explored with the mirrors, created houses with the wooden blocks and cooked waffles in the playdough. Outside we raced with the cars and turned ourselves into robots.

Happy Monday!! At Little Stars this morning we had breadsticks, cucumber, raisins and apple for snack.
We made a dinner with the yellow playdough and then we measured out our ingredients for making our red playdough today!
We also played with the castle and favourite characters.
Outside we noticed this big bug... we was unsure what it was but it had loads of friends flying around it.
