One to one sessions. I offer a free 30 minute consultation and then £40 - £50 per session. A minimum booking of 4 sessions is required to begin with and then additional sessions as required. Is Coaching For Me ? How Can It Help Me ? Coaching is about setting and achieving goals. A goal can be anything from loosing weight to preparing for an interview to building confidence or improving relationships. It can be anything so long as it is Specific, Achievable and Positive. I work in a very relaxed and conversational style, using a person centred approach. Coaching can and will bring about huge behavioural changes and enable a person to think and behave differently. By identifying a persons skills and resources I believe that everyone has the ability to take control of their future and choose how they wish to live their life.
