I went to the woods for the first time in months, with my DD. What I took from it, that was very emotional for me, was the sound of bird song. I heard the most beautiful sounds that I have never heard in the same space before. I shed a tear 😢
My life is very intense at the moment, my husband is a key worker. Which brings its own worries.
Meanwhile I have been at home with 2 teenagers and a 7 year old, running myself ragged. Homeschooling a daughter that had already shutdown from schoolwork before this, for 7 weeks.
My work is very important to me and some sense of structure and routine. So I miss that event of my former life. Work has been my saviour previously.
It is time to work on plans to pivot my journey further.

I am hoping that my connections are keeping safe and are well.
Apologies if I have been quiet online. I have three children at home and it is full on. We have been locked down, there have been days where I have not gone out at all. Worrying and losing sleep, about getting through many financial obstacles has also resulted in migraine. I know this is not an easy time for any of us. My husband is a key worker and I struggle feeling I am not doing enough. I am grateful for all of those that are holding everything together.
My dear, 7 year old daughter has a question for every second she is awake. If I pick up my phone she is there. It is intense. Even as I write she has just handed me an Elton John vinyl record. But we cannot find the usb cable to play it.
I have stepped away from social media, as a form of self preservation. The negativity written daily is draining.
I send my best wishes to you all and will write an article when a moment of time allows.
