Today in our toddler room at the Mountbatten setting they set out a sensory walk around the book we are going on a bear hunt 🧸

Today at the Mountbatten setting our toddler room have been learning all about mini beasts and bugs. So they went on a hunt for mini beast and bugs along the shore line to see what they could find through their magnifying glasses 🔎

Our Fort Purbrook nursery children are so lucky with the outdoor space around them, benefitting both their large and gross motor skills. “The mud will wash off but the memories will last a lifetime”

This week at Goldsmith we have been exploring activities that show our golden rules. We have been demonstrating our rules with our friends and teachers. We have also enjoyed exploring our sensory room this week and lots of outside adventures.

A little snippet of this weeks summer holiday fun at Mountbatten setting, all the children have been super happy and enjoyed the sunshine by exploring the different environments around us 😌😌

This week at the Mountbatten setting, we have been learning all about health eating and working on our physical development on ways we can keep ourself healthy and fit 🍎🍌🏃🏃‍♀️

This week at Goldsmith we’ve had lots of fun welcoming new friends, and have had lots of children moving onto their next adventure in the nursery with a transition into an older room. It’s been a successful week with lots of fun and new friendships being made. Our babies have been exploring colours and enjoyed a walk out in the local area to find things to match the colour red on Monday. Our toddlers have been exploring sensory activities and went on a walk to find some more of the Portsmouth lions. Our pre-school have been learning about holidays and sharing their experiences with us on famous landmarks and making their own postcards.

✨ It’s not just our children who are always learning at Top Tots 💫 We enjoyed a wonderful and insightful training session this evening on the new Ofsted framework, curriculum, and inclusion.
