Kokoro karate

Yesterday we trained at Kokoro Abshot Country Club with Sensei Williams on Bassai Sho. Very informative class!

Was great to have a chance to train with members from Bembridge Shotokan Karate.

Congratulations to Meri for winning the best grader trophy 🏆
