Free kickboxing and fitness session happening this Saturday morning at 9:30 AM in Portchester Castle.
Bring water and gloves.

It’s free for all and anyone else who wants to participate

There will be another free kickboxing and fitness class in 2 weeks time at 9:30am. 15th.

Looking to do this every fortnight weather depending but this time it will be inside portchester castle grounds.
Just enter the castle walls and you will see us.
It’s free so everyone from the club and outside is welcome.
Please bring gloves and water.

The 9:30am class is on the field next to Portchester castle.
Not Purbrook cricket ground
I will be there from 9
