Congratulations, Jack Richardson!

A huge congratulations to Jack, IT Support Technician, on being named our latest Employee of the Month! 👏

Jack has been going above and beyond to improve IT delivery, get involved in side projects, support the setup of our new Energy Room and contribute ideas for our podcast and website.

His nomination summed it up perfectly:

“Jack has been working around constantly for making IT delivery better. He has also been working on various side projects like marketing, podcast ideas and suggesting people for podcast and website improvements. He has also been a major part in setting up the new energy room, making sure all IT equipment's and other bits are in place. He keeps the environment very fun and light making sure to put in the daily dose of laughter."

☕ What a morning at PETA!

Today’s Breakfast Briefing with Tom Cleary focused on resilience, authenticity and belonging in the workplace.

It was a really interactive session, with plenty of opportunities to get involved, reflect on our own experiences and think about how we show up at work.

From small reflection tasks to getting up and physically moving to different sides of the room, there was definitely no sitting quietly at this briefing! 👏

A great morning full of honest conversations, practical activities and plenty to think about.

We’ve wrapped up our second BTEC Project Day of September, and once again, our learners impressed us with the quality of their ideas.

From innovative thinking to incredibly creative projects, it was fantastic to see them bring their skills and knowledge to life while developing valuable experience they can take back into the workplace.

Mt Everest conquered... well, almost! 🏔️

Yesterday's PETA Team Day saw us take on the challenge of making it to the summit of Mount Everest, travelling through the base camps and completing a variety of team challenges along the way.

✅ Whiteout tent building in gloves and goggles
✅ Knot-tying challenges and competitions
✅ Rope crossings using carabiners
✅ Plenty of teamwork
✅ Plenty of friendly competition!

We also celebrated some amazing people:
