YOUR TRAINING SPLIT IS ALL WRONG
Get out of the 1980s and in to today's world. You can still build a great physique whilst training like an athlete. Not all of your time and effort needs to be focused in the gym.
The High-Low training method was popularised by Charlie Franics, a track coach that has changed the way coaches work with their athletes. The Central Nervous System is the hub for recruiting fast twitch muscle fibres and is the place that controls fast and powerful movements.
Train your body and your nervous system enough to create adaptations. But don't burn it out that you become slow and sluggish.
