*CROSSFIT TOTS & MINI KIDS HALF TERM SPECIAL*
We are holding two half term special classes on Wednesday 2nd June.
10am - CrossFit Tots for children walking to 4 years old
11am - CrossFit Minis for children 4-6 years old.
Places must be booked via our class booking system GoTeamUp
All other classes running as normal throughout the half term holidays.
With .classicalpilates we have been trying to focus on bar path and tightness at the bottom of the back squat. Nnenna can lift way more than this but our focus has been on movement and getting back to moving with heavy weight. Once we both feel happy with the tension and movement we will then move on to some weight (building up slowly) :) 💪🏼🏋️♀️

Why? 🚲
Because I haven’t done it before and I wanted to move for an hour. I will definitely do this again and try hit 600 cals (10 cals a minute for you math geeks)
