Our recent Employer Engagement Project (EEP) at Cams Hill School did exactly that for Year 10 students.

From classroom sketches to real-world structures!
Thanks to today's brilliant Employer Engagement Project (EEP) workshop, the Year 9 students at Priory School just found out exactly why Design & Technology matters.
Rob Pilch from Queensbury Shelters Limited brought the D&T workplace straight into the classroom. He showed the students how those initial sketches, rough models, and math calculations aren't just classwork - they are the essential first steps to a range of successful careers in the design and engineering world.
Connecting the classroom to the real world proves to students that what they learn today builds the world they'll live in tomorrow.

What a day at !
If today made one thing clear, it's that the marketing landscape is evolving faster than ever - especially with AI-driven user behaviour and new benchmarks for lead generation.
Beyond the great insights, the highlight was definitely networking at the Amex Stadium.
Attending the event was a brilliant way to explore the diverse career opportunities available to young people today and it got Buz Williams thinking about how we can best showcase these pathways to students.
