What if it only took 5 days to find what actually works for your ADHD brain? 🧠

5 Days of Focus Challenge starts September 22nd.
Aimed at helping business owners and freelancers create a system that works WITH their brain not against it.

We’re tackling:

⭐️Shiny object syndrome killing your projects
⭐️Time blindness making you always late or early
⭐️Hyperfocus burnout cycles
⭐️Decision paralysis stalling growth
⭐️Shame spirals when systems fail

and I launch this Monday with early bird pricing (ends Thursday).
But here’s what’s different—you’ll be taking ACTION during each day, not just learning theory.

Ready to stop fighting your brain?
Drop “FOCUS” in the comments for early bird details! 👇

ADHD-webinar – HYYPA 09/04/2024

I know the struggle of staying focused at work, from my time working in tech and marketing. I've come up with some of my own hacks and wanted to share them with you in a quick free 30-minute webinar on Thursday April 18th called "Lost and Found Attention."

I’ll be sharing:

🏃‍♂️ Getting started when you just can't seem to kickstart your day.
🎧 Keeping the momentum going and avoiding distractions.
🧘‍♀️ Transitioning between tasks and making the most of your downtime.

If you're interested, head over to https://www.hyypa.com/adhd-webinar/ to register. It's completely free!

ADHD-webinar – HYYPA P.s If you’re anything like me you’ll want to book it in before you forget. (If you can’t make it I promise not to take it personally).

We swung by this morning to have a chat and grab a coffee with the owner Luke and talk about caffeine and the different effects it can have on people with ADHD. For some people it calms them or makes them more focused and for others it can make them feel anxious and this is down to a few different things:

1. Our stress hormone cortisol goes up, which initially makes us feel more focused and alert.

2. Our bodies release glucose into the blood which gives us more energy.

3. Our sleep signals are blocked which helps us feel more awake.

Beware of the crash that can occur a few hours after drinking though. This can leave you feeling the need for more caffeine.

One way around this is to wait until a couple of hours after you wake up to have your first cup and eating a protein based breakfast before.

To learn more about caffeine, forming good habits and brain based diets following the links in our bio or look out on our story for a link to our caffeine milligram guide to help you through the day!
