Hi everyone 👋 not a post with my yoga teacher hat but a post as a PhD student.
I’d be incredibly grateful of any primary carers/parents filling in my first PhD survey. It’s anonymous, multiple choice and takes about 10 minutes to complete. It’s on accessing and using health information.

I’ve just finished decorating homemade clay decorations for my after school yoga club (I’m going to give them out as a reminder of our time together on our last week) ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

The children were so creative today thinking up yoga poses to show natural phenomena such as storms, rainbows 🌈 and volcanos 🌋 !
