Portsmouth Record Museum - with an outdoor area for picnics and a small park and maze.
Natural History Museum - Butterfly aviary, outdoor area for picnics.
Alexandra park - play in the park or field, also walk along the shoreline to the lido.
Your local park - no matter the weather, a park can be a fun place to go. Remember to wear weather suitable clothing.
Baffins pond - To see the ducks & feed the squirrels in the woodland area. There is also a library there for story time.
Visit Southsea or Eastney beach - have a picnic, throw some stones into the water or collect some shells/rocks to decorate.
Canoe lake - Enjoy the free park and splash park.
Local library - Search for your local library for stories to take home and the free events they run

SEND services event.
Information event to support families who have, or think they may have, children and young people (0-25y) with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
At Central Library, third floor on Wednesday 7th December from 10am - 2pm. (drop-in any time)
Many different Community groups and organisations will be available.

There will be two expert speakers who will be talking
about two key SEND areas:
Moving from primary to secondary education

We vote on new PTFA positions, and plan out the events for the year ahead. Come and have your say.

We are in real need of new members. Without new members we cannot run our school events such as the Halloween trail, Father Christmas Wonderland and Easter Egg Hunt.

Our meetings are completely flexible, and we are understanding of other commitments.

Positions available

Open to all Parents, Guardians, Grandparents, and other friends of Manor.

Chair – we are looking for someone with great organizational skills, someone who is friendly and can take charge.

Treasurer – we are looking for someone who is good at money management, book keeping and good at organising.

Social media coordinator – this person needs to have basic social media skills. Good communication. And is able to research to help Manor parents.

Parent  liaison - We are looking for a friendly forward thinking person to represent our parents. This person is not shy and about to approach parents to ask about what they think and would like.

Secretary - We are looking for someone who as great organizational skills, note taking and great communication skills.

Voting will take place at the next AGM.

All parents are apart of our PTFA, anyone can do as much or as little as they like. Please send your interest to either a role or a member to [email protected].
