We've been keeping cool during the hot periods! ☀️💦
The children have had lots of fun cooling off with plenty of fresh water, sprinklers, and splash pads. There have been lots of smiles, laughter, and splashing as everyone enjoyed playing outdoors while staying nice and cool.
We have also been making sure the children stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day and taking regular breaks in the shade.
What a wonderful way to enjoy the sunshine safely while making lots of happy memories together! 🌞💙💧

Our little gardeners have been working so hard! 🌼🌱🍓
The children have all been wonderfully helpful, planting, watering, and caring for our beautiful flowers. They have loved taking responsibility for looking after our garden and watching it grow a little more each day.
We were also very excited to discover that our own strawberries are starting to grow! 🍓
We're so proud of the care, teamwork, and enthusiasm the children show as they help our garden flourish! 💚

The children enjoyed chopping fresh ingredients, preparing their own healthy pasta salad, and making choices about what they wanted to include in their lunch. It was wonderful to see them developing their independence, practising their fine motor skills, and trying a variety of healthy foods.
We then all enjoyed sitting down together to enjoy the delicious lunch they had made themselves! We are so proud of everyone for giving the foods a try and celebrating healthy eating. 🌽🍅🥒💚

The children enjoyed exploring the bottom of the garden as they went on a bug hunt. Together, they carefully lifted the stepping stones to discover what was living underneath and found a variety of interesting bugs. The children were fascinated as they closely observed how the bugs moved and talked about what they could see. They counted the bugs' legs, compared their sizes, and asked questions, showing curiosity and a growing understanding of the natural world.
During their exploration, the children also discovered lots of wild strawberries growing. They were excited by their find and eagerly shared their discovery with their friends and the adults. The experience encouraged the children to explore nature, make observations, and engage in meaningful conversations while learning about the environment around them.
