If you experience pain around the hips and tight glutes/lower back, it COULD be that your internal rotation is weak causing imbalance and overcompensating from the glutes and lower back muscles when you train. โฃ

Throw this little hip series into the start of each workout (after warming up) or perform as part of a recovery session 3-4 times per week and you MIGHT find it helps. I have!โฃ

20-30 seconds per exercise, 2-3 rounds, 3-4 times per week ๐โฃ

4 Years to the day since Tessa allowed me to take over her fitness routine and constantly butt in on most other aspects of her life. โฃ

I won't get too soppy....she hates that....but I'm INCREDIBLY proud to be her coach and friend and I've never known anyone with a more relentless pursuit to be better. (Despite hating 95% of it ๐

From the shy girl lacking any confidence to step foot in a gym, to the deadlifting badass I see at least 3 times week in week out now. โฃ
