One Of The Best Client Transformations EVER!
Very soon I say goodbye to one of my clients who I think has had one of the biggest transformations EVER!
In her registration form when we started she wrote the following:
• I don't like myself
• I feel I am useless; a failure
• I feel I have no self-control
• I feel like a hypocrite
• I feel like a waste of space
It was tragic, even more so because she'd been living and thinking like this for the best part of 60 years, unsurprisingly food was her comfort.
Her past was full of emotional pain and trauma and on the group calls she was very tearful and barely spoke to begin with because she was so shy and fearful.
But in a few short weeks changes began to happen.
She became more animated and chatty on the calls, the emotional weight started lifting (after doing some deep work together) and she began to look lighter and freer.
She faced every challenge fearlessly determined to get results and she did!
Over time she smiled more, learned to love and accept herself and became friends with her own mind. No more need for overeating.
She's now charging more for her services (imposter syndrome has long gone!) and has got herself in a swimsuit and been swimming - both things she believed she'd never be able to do! And the day she said she was proud of herself and meant it, I couldn't have been prouder myself.
I can't put into words how incredible the shifts have been for this particular client, she came from such a terrible state of pain and not valuing herself, full of self-loathing to feeling proud of herself and living her life fearlessly.
I hope this story inspires you, you CAN have a life of food freedom - and so much more!

Great to be invited onto Nicky Campbell's show on Radio 5 Live yesterday talking about body image and how social media can have a negative impact on mental wellbeing.
As many women struggle for the Instagram look which is often unobtainable and/or unsustainable it can leave them feeling worthless and not good enough.
Time for society to stop valuing women on their weight and start celebrating us for all the other incredible qualities we have.

This week two new incredible ladies joined my programme and things are ALREADY changing for them as they begin their transformational journey with me.
That's the thing, when you make a DECISION and really decide to invest in yourself you make a statement to yourself. It’s this thing that happens in your mind where any thought of failure just goes out the window, it’s not an option and that's exactly what these ladies are seeing - one of them has stopped bingeing already!
Plus, another one of my amazing clients has gone from feeling disgusted with herself and using ice cream and chocolate to comfort herself to feeling sexy and incredible, beating the binge and now online dating!
And there's the client who's now taking time out for herself whereas before she would put everyone else first and in the process she used to abandon herself. But not anymore!
Then there's the client who's seeing herself as super high-value now and this is showing up in the workplace as she's now getting amazing project offers instead of being dumped on as she was before.
The list goes on!
Week by week I get to witness these amazing changes as these wonderful women follow my life-changing programme and get the most incredible results - and not just stopping thinking about food (which they do) but BIG changes in every aspect of their lives.

What’s The #1 Thing Slimming Clubs Fail To Tell You For Your Success?
It's that binge eating and excessive eating is not about the actual food.
Yep, you heard that right.
So, what is it about?
It’s about the beliefs you have about you.
It’s about the beliefs you have about your world.
It’s about the beliefs you have about other people.
It’s about the beliefs you have about food.
It’s about the connections you’ve created to food.
It’s about your inability to put healthy boundaries in place.
It’s about your unhealthy people pleasing.
It’s about how much fun you’re lacking in your life.
It’s about your unhealthy relationship with you.
It’s about your inability to say no.
It’s about the way you take other people’s emotional baggage and crap on as your own.
