Coaching for Educators:

Educators are faced with immense challenges on a daily basis. Every educator is a leader and an influencer. Some people are in positions of leadership of a school or early years setting. Some are heads of departments or lead other areas within an educational setting. Most educators are teachers of groups of children, week in and week out. There are unique challenges for ed

ucators the world over. Decisions that affect children’s futures must be made. Coping with a classroom full of diverse children and meeting all their needs can seem like an impossible task. Leaders and managers of educational settings carry the weight of expectations from staff, parents, children and official bodies. Priorities are difficult to identify. Tasks can become overwhelming. Coaching puts things in perspective. Challenges are recognised and ways forward identified. Order arises out of chaos. As each small goal is achieved, the greater goal becomes clear. Positive changes in the workplace are evident. The educator can now teach, lead, tutor, mentor or manage effectively. EnRich Coaching for Educators believes that coaching brings results. Goals are practical, do-able. Success is evident. We offer bespoke coaching according to your need. Sometimes, a few sessions of coaching can kick-start a plan or help reach a short-term goal. Often, a steady programme of six sessions enables consistent growth. Very occasionally, a coachee may need a longer set of sessions. In all situations, coaching is a partnership between coach and client, or coachee. A coach strives to unlock the potential within coachees, enabling them to reach a place of significant growth, a place where goals are achieved. Life and business coaching helps us navigate change. It puts us back in the control seat and allows us to write our own future. It teaches us coping strategies. We identify and formulate our own goals. We achieve these goals at a pace that suits us. We develop. We grow. We succeed.
