We are delighted to say that our tutor-led course on Coaching for Leaders is soon to be launched - bookings will open from February, more info to follow.
This course is aimed at educators, including Early Years Managers and Leaders. Coaching staff is an Ofsted expectation yet few know what that means. Our course will fill that gap in knowledge and skills.
The course is also aimed at leaders in any other industry, especially new team leaders. Having a coaching approach transforms teams, positively affecting productivity and retention.
There are 3 main learning intentions for this course:
* To understand what coaching is
* To develop foundational skills needed in order to become an effective coach as a leader
* To understand how coaching can be used in management and leadership roles
