Rachael is proud to have founded Hove Micro-School in 2020 - a place that, as our 2025 Ofsted report highlighted, has “a special atmosphere where pupils feel a strong sense of belonging.” Alongside her is Frank, our beloved Head of Security and Wellbeing, whose calm and caring nature brings comfort and smiles to pupils and staff alike.

💚 At our school, relationships are at the heart of everything we do. Each lunchtime ends with our mindful walk to the allotment - a time for teachers and pupils to connect, chat and notice the world around them. 🌿

Alongside this, Aimee, our wonderful Head of Pastoral Care, delivers wellbeing interventions for every child, ensuring each learner feels seen, supported and valued for who they are.

💭 In our KS2 class, learning is all about curiosity, challenge and creativity. With Emma’s inspiring guidance, pupils are encouraged to ask big questions, think independently and explore the world with confidence and imagination. 🌍✨

✨ Our KS1 learners are full of curiosity, creativity and confidence! Each day is an adventure in discovery, play and friendship, beautifully guided by Natalie, who brings warmth, imagination and joy to every lesson. 🌿
