Hello hello
Firstly thanks to all the parents so far that’s making this possible for the children without the help this wouldn’t be possible
Friday 18th June 5-7pm
We’ve organised some things for the children
Please if you can offer any suggestions to make more special for the children please post details below...
Firstly I reached out to the school after Abernethy being cancelled I felt awful for the children so offered to set something up so the kids had something to look forward too,
I’ve spoke with the school and asked what previous years had planned to give some ideas
Anyway they went back to the children and the children voted for
Slip and slide
Shorts and shades theme
Kfc were there food choice
Some Activity’s
So what I’ve got in place so far is
Supplier PJ events
Laser tag arena
Whack a mole (human version)
Dance and Bounce bouncy castle
Football darts
Slush machine
Candy floss machine
Kfc
They’ve said 10% will be given in the total food bill, I’m waiting to here back in a email if anymore will be given as it’s 43 children

Chair and table covers
Balloons
Waiting for confirmation
Marquee
I’m going to call tomorrow to try my best to get one for the muga
Also from the head teacher
No parents can attend Or help
The teachers have said they will do it, as long as the parents organised it..
COVID guidance can change
So I’ll keep you all in with what the teachers inform me,
There will need to be a charge per child but I’m trying my best to keep this at a budget
The school will be in contact in due course to collect the money,
Again any help at organising this would be amazing and parents are allowed to come help set up also
I’ll be there from school pick up on the day getting everything organised more hands the better
Ps if anyone knows a photographer that would offer there services for a while to get photos of the children arriving that would be amazing
