About the role

As Learning and Development Coach you are responsible for creating an individualised, unique learner journey for a caseload of apprentices undergoing Team leading and Business Administration.

In this role, you’ll work remotely but remain closely connected with a passionate team, collaborating and making an impact together. You'll also be working towards achieving your Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS), with Agincare's strong commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to help you grow professionally. Additionally, you may have the exciting opportunity to travel internationally, including to Sri Lanka, to expand your influence through global training initiatives.

We have had a fantastic day delivering at Agincare Enable today. We had Michaela celebrating her birthday 🎂🎂with David and Darren being in charge of shopping and preparing our lunch - the pasta bake was delish 🤌🏼🤌🏼!
Steve was delivering the session, where we explored how we keep fit - including some crazy dancing (there is a video!), and what skills and behaviours we think are the key expectations from potential employers. All our learners produced a fantastic piece of work, showing what sort or activities they do to support their physical and mental well-being and we have a few football fans, some dancers, a fab walking club and so much more! One of the highlights of the day was Michael showing us his Doctor Who bin- he is a Whovian through and through (just like me)!
