📣 Fit-A-Thon isn't just for the adults, you say??? 🔥

We are SO SO proud to let you know that we are holding TWO sessions with this year's Fit-A-Thon with Pill Community Circuits and Jo O'Callaghan! 💪

This charity event will have all proceeds to be split between Bristol Mind, Crockerne C of E Primary School and Pill Christmas Lights. ♥️

Dance and movement are about so much more than having fun (although there’s plenty of that too! 😄).

For toddlers, staying active through dancing, jumping, twirling and moving to music can help develop balance, coordination, strength and confidence... while encouraging them to explore how their bodies move.

And it’s not just physical! Movement helps little ones build listening skills, express themselves, develop social confidence and learn through play. 🎶

Most importantly, when exercise feels like fun rather than a chore, we’re helping create positive habits that can last a lifetime. ❤️

Had our summer pop-up at The Littles Clubhouse with 2 fun sessions! Thank you so much for coming, mums and dad, you were fantastic! 🎶

Side note, I would LOVE any photos or videos you took. As always, I was too busy jumping around, absolutely enjoying being back in the middle of the summer holidays. ❤️

Then I ended the day witnessing the eclipse happen while climbing at Redpoint Bristol 🙌🏽

We are away for a little bit, spending some quality time and enjoying the sun outdoors! 🌳☀️🚲

It's our first Summer Holiday with a school-aged little one... And it is glorious, beautiful, fun, and all the reasons I wanted to find a job that fit around her. ❤️

But is anyone else feeling the overwhelming "when do we go back?" once in a while? 🤣
