Some of the activities our children have enjoyed exploring the last couple of weeks. Children have enjoyed exploring nature and collecting flowers, so we extended this interest to make Transient art 🎨 😀 🌈

Playdoh!

One of the children’s favourite activities. They had so much fun using their hands to roll, squash, pinch, and shape the dough into different creations. They enjoyed making shapes, patterns, and imaginative models, showing great creativity and curiosity.
This simple invitation to play encouraged lots of communication as the children talked about what they were making, shared ideas with their friends, and described the textures and shapes they created. It also supported critical thinking as they worked out how to build their designs, solve little problems, and experiment with different patterns and structures.

A wonderful way to learn through play while developing fine motor skills, language, and confidence!
