We are pleased to advise that the school photographer will be in school on:

Tuesday 22 September 2026
Wednesday 23 September 2026
Both individual pupil photographs and family/sibling photographs will be taken across these two days.

To help us organise the photography schedule, particularly family and sibling groups, please complete the online form below no later than Thursday 17 September 2026:

Please note:
Nursery pupils may take part in family/sibling photographs, but individual Nursery photographs will not be taken on these dates, as Nursery individual photographs will be completed later in the term.
Please only complete one form per family, putting all names in question 1.

We would appreciate your assistance in completing the form promptly to ensure that all requested family photographs can be organised efficiently.

Schools are back and so are the bugs! 😷

Do you have a child who's unwell and are wondering if they should be in nursery or school?

Check out this handy guide to find out when they should stay off, and when they can go back if they are well enough to do so.

Symptoms and severity of illness will vary from person to person. If your child is unwell and you have concerns about their symptoms you should speak to your GP.

🌟 Dance World Cup Success for Our Talented Pupils! 🌟

Over the summer, a number of our pupils proudly represented Team Northern Ireland at the Dance World Cup in Dublin, competing against some of the best young dancers from around the globe.

We are delighted to share their fantastic achievements:

🏅 Mini Large Group Tap – 6th in the World
🏅 Children's Large Group Showstopper – 11th in the World
🏅 Children's Large Group Song & Dance – 11th in the World
🏅 Children's Large Group Ballet – 15th in the World
🏅 Junior Large Group Tap – 10th in the World
🏅 Junior Large Group Showstopper – 13th in the World
🏅 Junior Large Group Lyrical – 15th in the World

These are incredible accomplishments at an international level, and we are immensely proud of the dedication, hard work and talent shown by all of the pupils.

👏 Congratulations to each and every one of you. You have been wonderful ambassadors for your dance school, your community and Northern Ireland.

Please find key times for your child:

8:30am - supervised line up begins - pupils should not be lining up before this.
8:40am - doors open
8:50am - school starts

Home Times
P1/2 - 1:45pm every day
P3 - 2:45pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and 1:45 (Thursday, Friday)
P4-7 - 2:45pm every day

School is closed on Monday for the Bank Holiday and full days begin on Tuesday. School dinners will also begin on Tuesday and should be bookable on School Money soon.

Early Birds and Young Harts begin on Tuesday.

Early Birds: drop off at 7:50am - to enable working parents to attend work.

Young Harts: to enable working parents to have one pick up for pupils in both P1-3 and P4-7; 1:45-2:45pm daily.

Both Early Birds and Young Harts are charged at £2 per day and bookable on School Money. To sign up, you will be asked working patterns to ensure working parents can avail of this service first and foremost.

Early Birds and Young Harts will begin on Tuesday 2nd September - links to register will be sent out this afternoon.

ROAD WORKS
Please note, there are ongoing road works on Charles Street; these will continue this week. Although the contractors are working hard to finish as soon as possible, this will not happen until next week at the earliest, however, they have assured us that they will keep a lane open to allow some traffic through at school times. I would advise, that, if possible, you walk, or park nearby and walk to school to try and minimise disruption. Car sharing would also help to ease traffic.

It’s that time of year again! We hope you’ve all enjoyed a wonderful summer filled with fun, relaxation, and special memories. ☀️😊

As we look forward to an exciting new school year, please take note of the start dates for our P2-P7 pupils. Nursery and P1 families have already been notified of their individual arrangements.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone back and begin another fantastic year of learning, growth, and achievement together! 🎒📚
