Mr Clyde’s P4/5 class had the privilege of being the first group in school to use the 20 new iPads purchased by the PTA for use throughout the school.
They were using them to research information for writing their newspaper reports about a Volcano.
The staff and pupils would like to thank the PTA for their generous donation for the iPads as well as funding for extra reading books throughout the school.

As part of their ‘Money-Wise’ topic the P7 class planned, budgeted and hosted a Coffee Morning last Friday to raise money for the Mandeville Unit at Craigavon Area Hospital.
Pupils wrote to local businesses asking them for sponsorship, advertised the event in local shops, baked buns to sell to the other classes, decorated the hall and welcomed/served the many visitors during the morning.
The P7 pupils were a credit to the school, their teachers and their parents and a fantastic £1120 was raised for this very worthy cause.
Well done P7…Mr Clyde and Mrs Clarke are so very proud of you all!
