❤️Letting children grow up at their own pace 🙌🏻 is so important.❤️

❤️Every child is unique and different.

❤️As much as parents might want to hurry their little ones to the next stage of development, most children follow the same general growth and development pattern that can't be changed much.

❤️Child development experts say it's not possible to get a child to progress to a new stage of development before he or she is ready. And progress can differ by weeks or even months among children of the same age. As long as the child progresses and develops new skills as time goes on, then he or she is fine, even if he or she skips a step.

We met up with our friends and had a sand park play in the beautiful sunshine. We got our suncream on as uv level was above 3 and we had a safety chat about the sand. We had our lunch picnic style which the kids always enjoy.

The kids enjoy playing outside especially water play and seeing what they can slide down the gutter pipes. The kids (and Fudge) were inspecting the mini worlds and using the dinosaurs and insects in their play.

The children have been enjoying visiting Inverclyde Libraries in Port Glasgow with our friends. The staff are so lovely there and get involved with the kids. Jane our lovely childminder friend read us a story. The kids got to select lovely stickers at the end of their visit.

The kids had their hawaiian party at toddlers group to finish up for the summer and to say farewell to kids going to nursery or school.
