It was the end of an era today, we said goodbye to Olivia after school, Olivia joined Little Buttons on the 5th July 2019 and we have had the pleasure of watching her grow and then get ready for her move to big school. We then were so happy to see her each week after school. What a lovely smiley, caring girl you have grown into and we are all going to miss you a lot.❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷

We were delighted to hear today that our 3 grown up boys had all got their first choice of BIG school for September. Good luck our Class of 2026 💙💙💙

We had a busy couple of weeks with two visits to Upton Country Park to follow their Easter dinosaur trail, a trip to the Blue Pool and a couple of local walks. We decorated the local fairy tree woods behind my house with wooden painted Easter eggs, and returned the following week to find them but unfortunately there were only 5 out of the 17 we put up left. Everyone enjoyed doing the Easter craft and making our usual chocolate nest cakes. But most of all it was fun to see our friends again and spend time together ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

We are closed for the next couple of weeks which then joins onto the Easter Holidays. So to our Term Time Little and Bigger Buttons have a great Easter. We will see everyone else on Tuesday 31st March. Have fun and don’t miss us too much. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

It’s been a difficult start to 2026 and I would like to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you to all our Little and Bigger Buttons parents for the love and support shown to me after my dear Dad died in January and to Tish following her car accident. Your flowers, cards, and hugs have been much appreciated and also a massive thank you to Janet for always being there. Despite our difficulties we have celebrated a 1st Birthday, taken part in the garden bird watch and created bird week craft, Valentine’s Day, Fat Thursday (doughnut day) pancake day, Chinese New Year, had a busy half term and celebrated World Book Day. We have also enjoyed lots of outings to our favourite places, so despite the difficulties we have both encountered to the start of the year we have tried to “keep calm and carry on”. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

How can you sum up 10 years of Tish (Tishy) she came into my life just when I needed her, she is a wonderful friend, a great colleague, an equal not an assistant, because we are a team. All the Little and Bigger Buttons love you. We have lots of fun but then you can be stern until you laugh. You have supported me through losing my Mum, my dear Dad’s dementia battle and the illness it caused me and then losing him too. I hope I have returned the favour and supported you in your times of trouble, we laugh, we cry and sometimes silently swear but we have the same goal to love and encourage our Little ones every single day (except Mondays, we don’t work Mondays) here’s to the next few years of fun and laughter and lots of love to the Little ones we care for. A massive Thank you for being my partner in crime but more importantly my friend. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷🦒🦒🦒🦒🦒🦒🦒
