Little Buttons Childminding

Another busy fun filled week, with visits to Broadstone Park and football on the Rec, our weekly visit to the Blue Pool and on Friday a visit to Bournemouth Gardens to play crazy golf. More craft activities completed and Books read. We also had to have quite a few ice lollies because of the heat.❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

This week we enjoyed outings to Coy Pond to feed the ducks, we did the Summer Fantasy Trail at Upton Country Park which everyone enjoyed. Our weekly visit to the Blue Pool was on Thursday we did the long wooden bridge and the play area this time. On Friday we only had 2 children so it was a special treat to go to Weymouth visit Janet and Little Tortoise. Followed by lunch in one of Janet’s friends beach hut. We then went to the Sealife Centre and had great afternoon looking at all the animals and fish. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

We had a lovely first week of the summer holidays, a local walk and football on the green, ice lollies were needed to cool down afterwards. A lovely visit to the Blue Pool where we all enjoyed the new fairy door hunt. We returned to a holidays favourite the Big wooden insects at Canford Cliffs. We also celebrated a 3rd Birthday it’s always fun to have your birthday in the holidays as you get to have fun with lots of your friends, we played lots of party games and dancing. We finished off the week with a visit to Wimborne Model Town where we were all giants for the morning. We have started lots of our holiday craft following our theme this year of “under the sea” and read lots of books for this years reading challenge. ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

We said farewell to Jude today, Goodbyes are always hard and emotional. We have loved watching him grow and develop over the last 2 years but we know he will love going to pre school. We will miss him lots and miss singing “Hey Jude” Good Luck Jude from all of us at Little Buttons ❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷

Time for a week off to rest and recharge, before the busy Summer Holidays. We will be back on Tuesday 14th July don’t miss us too much ❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷

We celebrated Harry’s 5th Birthday early as we are on holiday on his actual birthday, everyone enjoyed the cakes after school, Harry opened his card and present then it was time to play musical statues and bumps. 💙💙🎁🎂🎈

For Father’s Day this year we decorated “Best Dad” Decorations and painted a photo frame. We made our own wrapping paper and revisited the Wanted poster Card which we have made before and is a favourite. 💙💙🩵🩵💙💙

We were honoured to be asked to get Harry and Roseann ready for their school disco. Especially as it was Harry’s first disco. They looked lovely 🩷💙

May half term saw us visit Wimborne Model Town, The Blue Pool and we did a scavenger hunt at Upton Country Park, we also spent a fun day in the garden, but most of all it was lovely to see lots of our bigger Buttons ❤️🧡💛💚🩵💙💜🩷

It was the end of an era today, we said goodbye to Olivia after school, Olivia joined Little Buttons on the 5th July 2019 and we have had the pleasure of watching her grow and then get ready for her move to big school. We then were so happy to see her each week after school. What a lovely smiley, caring girl you have grown into and we are all going to miss you a lot.❤️🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🩷
