Hi everyone!
I’m sure you’ve noticed takeme2uni’s pages have been quiet for a while. We have been working on our next move and deciding the best course of action considering recent events. As you are all aware, COVID-19 has changed life as we know it and will continue to for the upcoming months.
takeme2uni's mission is to aid every student in attending university open days. During this pandemic, schools and universities have shut and most open days have been postponed or cancelled. Therefore, for the first time in our journey, takeme2uni has been unable to do what it was set out to do.
Considering this, we have decided to keep our pages up and website open for sign ups. This is so, when things go back to normal, we can still aid all those wishing to attend future open days and continue with the takeme2uni journey! However, posts will be less frequent, and we may be a little slower in replying to inquiries. For those who have already signed up (thank you) we will continue to work towards helping you attend the open days you wish to in the future despite the delays this pandemic may cause.
Keep your friends and family safe, self-isolate and stay calm. We will continue to post on our pages so be sure to keep following so you don’t miss any updates.
With love, from the takeme2uni team.

As important as it is to keep your family stocked up on essentials; be mindful of the more vulnerable people in your hometown. They may not be able to afford to bulk buy or don’t get the chance to! When going for a shop, why not stop in at some of your elderly neighbours houses and see if they need anything. You don’t know how much you could be helping them.
Supermarkets urge shoppers to stop stockpiling Some UK retailers have started rationing products such as pasta and hand gels to stop them selling out.
