Come join us for my last class at Yoga Studio tonight before I go away! I've got a super empowering sequence in store for you guys in which we'll be embodying the concept of being able to take create our reality and shape our destiny through mastering our thoughts and beliefs!

Look forward to lots of core (yes I said it) work, twists and hip openers, focusing on the Manipura chakra for our empowerment and the Swadisthana chakra for our creativity! 🌞🙏

Got a super yummy HIPS & HAMMIES (hamstrings) sequence in store for you guys tomorrow, focusing on opening up and giving some extra love to these often fussy areas!

Perfect for runners and really anyone who needs to work on their flexibility below the waist - this class was made on request of one of my students who is a long-distance running queen! 👑

Anyone interested in coming tonight, I've got a super empowering sequence in store for you, leading up to the king of all asanas, headstand! 👑

Anyone who has ever been interested in giving this exhilarating pose a go, this is your perfect chance! This class is completely mixed, so beginners will be given slow and clear tuition of transitioning into the pose and we will be using walls to practice against (unless your already a headstand queen in which case I still have a few ideas up my sleeve to challenge you)! Who's excited?!

Wow what an amazing turn out last night! Thank you to everyone who made it - you were all fabulous and I loved every minute of my first group class with you lovely bunch.
