Well that was the most crazy and brutal race I think I’ve ever done but I loved it 🥰💪

UCI Gran Fondo World Series in Reggio Emilia 🇮🇹 153km, 2300m of climbing 🚴‍♀️🏔️

A mass start made the first hour insane with lots of crashes but then we headed into the beautiful Italian hills before heading back into the town for a sprint finish 🥵

I missed qualifying for age group Team GB 🇬🇧 by 1 second but I feel lucky to have finished unscathed!

Loved sharing it all with Clare Todd, Laura Edmonds and Charles Willis-Owen who all absolutely smashed it 👊💪

Definitely a weekend for the memory bank 🥰🇮🇹🚴‍♀️🏔️🥂👊

What’s your favourite abs exercise? This would be my choice for this summer! Try it for 3 sets of 30 seconds a day and let me know what you think 👊

Just a few pointers to ensure good form:

⭐️Maintain a neutral spine - so you have a small gap in between your low back and the mat

⭐️ Keep your legs close to you to make it easier - you should never feel it in your back

⭐️Keep your hand hold light on your head and look over the top of your knees so your chin is lifted

⭐️You can keep your head on the mat if you would prefer

⭐️Relax your shoulders

⭐️Keep the legs slow for maximum abs burn 🔥

⭐️Do it at home or on holiday
⭐️Do it with friends or with the kids
⭐️Choose short or long sessions
⭐️Do early morning or evening sessions

Online fitness gives you so much flexibility you can really easily fit it into busy schedules and all the summer fun! 🌞

Here’s my 5 favourite plyometric exercises to help you get started!

🏃Pogo jumps
🏃‍♀️Jump lunges
🏃Side to side hopping
🏃‍♀️Jump squats
🏃Side hop with forwards and backwards hop

Aim for 3 sets of 30 seconds (on each side) of each exercise and discover how they can help you and your running 👊🏃‍♀️🏃

The most magical evening for our Cadbury Pilates Beach Pilates last night 🧡

Pilates - sea dip - nibbles - bubbles and an awesome group of people 🌞🌊🧘‍♀️🥂

I feel so lucky to have such an incredible community to teach pilates to both online and in the studio and can’t thank you all enough for being so amazing! 🙏

We’re super excited to be hosting our second retreat at the beautiful and it’s almost sold out already - we’ve only got the last few places remaining ⭐️

It’s so great to be running this again with the awesome in the most beautiful setting of 🧡
