Poole Taekwon-Do Academy will launch with our Generation X and Cadet classes. These classes will be taken by Terry Humphries, 4th Degree, who has many years' experience in teaching children, young people and adults. Classes for Adults will start in the near future. Taekwon-Do is a modern martial art, based on the tenets of Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit. The delivery of UK ITF Taekwon-Do is aimed at encouraging participation by people of all ages and abilities. UK ITF is a professional organisation, with all instructors recognised, qualified and insured through the National Governing Body. UK ITF aims to offer development opportunities to all clubs and members (students and instructors) through regional, national and international events and competitions, Clubmark accreditation, instructor and umpire qualifications as well as the traditional grading syllabus.
