Zumba fitness with Mich

Class is most definitely on today. Unfortunately I've had to fall back onto my zumba gold seated training to adapt the class as I'm physically unable to dance on foot right now due to knee pain .
Come along but be prepared to smile, it is still a great workout using upper body and still moving and shaking , just at a slightly different tempo .

Morning all . Just an update as there is no class today . I'm doing my best to try and keep classes going but I'm currently not well with an arithritis flare up in my knees and after a busy day at a training event for work yesterday, I'm feeling very sore and achey .

Please keep checking the page for the next few weeks for updates.
