This week gave me the chance to pause, reflect, and play — and honestly, it’s been exactly what I needed.

I’ve met and collaborated with some seriously talented people, challenged myself in new ways, and built connections that will stay with me for a long time.

Finding Winning Moments has given me a fresh perspective and a new drive to become a better leader, father, partner, and friend.

I came into this experience close to burnout. I’m leaving with the tools and mindset to make sure I don’t get back there again 🙌

On Thursday we were on site delivering the Level 3 Demolition Chargehand NVQ within a highly complex and demanding operational environment 🦺

Projects like this require not only technical expertise, but strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to adapt within live demolition conditions ⚠️
