Whilst I’m still feeling in holiday mode I wanted to share this lovely photo of a beautiful soul I met and shared time with in Rhodes last week !
I think people who work in “our world” are naturally drawn to one another and that’s exactly what happened to us . A quick chat over the breakfast buffet bar followed with several more lengthy chats during the week . It was so lovely to voice the joys of working with children with PMLD , Mona is an art teacher in a mainstream school with a PMLD class within her school in Norway 🇳🇴.
Her passion for play and getting children outdoors in nature matched my own and we shared ideas on communication, connection and ways to learning through play .
I also discovered Mona is a very talented artist and you can see some of her work on instagram paint.by.dahl - We both said goodbye with a strong inkling our paths will cross again … who knows maybe we will be be travelling with The Play Pond to Norway to do some training ….. 🖐️🤩 Sally Pugh ….
