According to the Bureau of Labour Statistics, the Personal Training Industry is set to grow by over 20% by 2029, with more and more people becoming more health conscious since the Covid 19 pandemic.

Over three quarters of our students who have passed our course have gone on to be employed! We have an 96% employability rate and here are a couple of reasons why...

We pride ourselves on giving all of our students the ability to learn the fundamental skills to become great personal trainers.

But not only this, we give our students the ability to gain real-world coaching skills and experience.

It is known that over 70% of candidates going for personal training roles lack gym-floor experience. This is why we run our course with a practical focus, allowing students into our personal training studio to gain the valuable ‘hands on’ experience needed to be a great Personal Trainer.

It’s also a concern that 78% of newly qualified Personal Trainers lack the skills required to be successful.

We are unlike a lot of other courses; our students have told us that the biggest selling point of our course is the fact that it is a blended learning course and not just solely online. That means there is a mixture of both online learning and in-person workshops.

Our students all come in for a workshop once a week for four hours for the duration of the 10-week course.

There is then work set to complete at home in-between workshops so they are getting the best of both worlds!

I started in the fitness industry in 2007! In that time, I have been a lifeguard, gym instructor, personal trainer and now a gym owner. I’ve roughly coached over 1000+ men / women to get fit, healthy, lose weight and more. I’ve built a fitness business that services people every day and we’re the leaders in our field – changing the way people train and get results with health and fitness. I’m super passionate about what I do and couldn’t think of anything better, than changing people’s lives.

The next phase in what we do here at The Fitness Formula is to continue to impact the fitness industry and we’re doing this by educating the fitness industry’s future personal trainers.

I’ve recently had the opportunity to interview a number of students who have been studying on various Level 3 Personal Training courses in different parts of the country. There are TWO complaints that come over and over again

EITHER: the course was taught almost all online

AND/OR: the tutors seemed out of touch with what is going on in the fitness industry. They qualified years ago and haven’t actually trained a real client for years. They just know the theory.

WELL, the Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma that I run at The Fitness Formula can meet those objections faced on.

I find it really fantastic, seeing the next generation of Personal Training students learning about designing fitness programmes and selecting the right exercises to coach people to better health and fitness. It makes me really glad to be in an industry that is actually changing people’s lives for the better.
