Yesterday in cooking club the children made their own pizza. The children are working really hard on all the skills they have learnt.

Today the childrenade their very own stick men...

We have been working really hard on our cutting skills. And creating our very own caterpillars to go alongside our story of the week.

Last week in cooking class the children made fruit flans. They used a wide range of different skills that they have learnt over the past few months.
These looked really yummy!!

Last week our topic was all about builders. We spoke about how important their jobs were and how they helped us by building house, hospitals and schools.

Chinese New Year is a festival that celebrates the beginning of the lunar new year on the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar.

During this weeks PE lesson an obstacle course was set up fir the children.
This helped the children to develop their balancing and jumping skills.

To celebrate number day last week these are some of the activities we set up for the children to explore..

This week we are learning all about the police force. Today we were really lucky to have a visit from a local police officer. The children had lots of questions to ask and were really excited about trying on am the different hats and having a go in the police van..

Our Curriculum Enrichment Co-ordinator, Scotty, is running half a marathon on Sunday 24th March to raise money for the school sporting equipment!! He is really passionate about all pupils finding a sport they enjoy and leading active and healthy lives and wants to raise money so we can expose pupils to a wider range of activities and skills.
