Awesome group of people on yesterday’s Parkour Acrobatics CPD delivered at The Parkour Project yesterday!

A bunch of keen coaches from JUMP Parkour and Crawley Parkour eager to improve their ability to teach acrobatic movements, in a parkour context, in a safe and effective way.

Everyone engaged with the content well and we had tons of hands-on experience which is absolutely key to getting people confident with spotting different body types, genders, and ability levels.

Well done, everyone and we hope you took a lot away from the day!
