Some of you may have noticed that your accounts have been temporarily frozen. This is because you indicated that your child has SEND or medical needs. The relevant forms have been sent out and now need to be completed.

The forms only take a few minutes to fill in. Once done, please let a member of the Head Office team know and we will reactivate your account straight away.

This process helps us stay up to date, provide the best care, and keep all children safe.

For some it’s been a short one, and for others the first full week back , either way, everyone’s done amazingly!
